      Thanks for your insights.
      Last question: is an MJOP more binding than an MDOP?
      The Offer we received for the MDOP includes the same elements as an MJOP, but a bit more re: what could be achieved via sustainability. I do understand that these would be “nice to haves”.

      We are cooperating, and “the Treasurer” is now tracking down info. on cost-efficient Notaris options.

        As “P” stands for plan both are not binding. The association can always change its plans. Unless of course the The Hague subsidy comes with strings attached. You’d better check, just to be sure. 😉

          A caveat on changing the deed of property division.

          Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat elk van de 3 eigenaren schriftelijk zal overeenkomen dat de deuren, ramen, balustrades de privéverantwoordelijkheid z

          A new deed with less communal property can easily result in a situation where the association loses its grip on the maintenance of the building, with the risk of impoverishment. Beware!
