In 2018, I had some problems in my window of my house, I called my VVE office (VVE Diensten Nederland). They said they will get it fixed and I dont have to pay for it. The service people came and fixed it and took sign for work done
Now in 2020 June , VVE of my apartment (VVE Beheer Haagalanden) sent me invoice of €550 of work done in 2018. As per them they audited invoice and found that work done was for owner cost and as per VVE rules I have to pay for it
I disagree because of what I was told in 2018 and also I was never agreed to pay for this amount for that work
They are now sending invoice to IncassoBureau
I have send them letter explaining my point and asked them the reason but they said on phone because finance commision decided this for me to pay.
Can you please advise if I am legally correct here or what should I do
